A non?isolated high step?up DC–DC converter using magnetic coupling and voltage multiplier circuit

This paper introduces a new DC–DC structure with high voltage gain. The proposed can achieve higher gain by using magnetic coupling and multiplier circuit (VMC). VMC is also used as clamp to suppress the spike through switch which leads increase overall system efficiency. Moreover, peak semiconductors of converter low. existence soft-switching such zero-current switching (ZCS) in OFF-state zero-voltage (ZVS) ON-state diodes another merit converter. recommended uses one power MOSFET low on-state resistance (RDS-ON) that decrease conduction loss. For demonstrating proficiency structure, technical analysis, mathematical survey, comparison results other similar previous structures are carried out. Finally, laboratory 200 W output 50 kHz frequency provided, prove usefulness suggested converter's efficiency 96.98 %. Also, gain, maximum stress across didoes for n (turn-ratio) = 2 D (duty-cycle) 0.6 equal 10, 0.25, 0.75, respectively.
